Had some time while waiting for the next GOTM, so thought it might be interesting to go back and replay my first GOTM attempt ever. This was from over 2 years ago so I didn't really remember anything specific about the map, just that my approach to the game was wildly inefficient at the time. So I replayed it according to the domination strategies I've seen others use here and got a much better result- Dom Vic at turn 167 (the first time was at turn 291 !) Still not close to the best times, but a lot better than before. Looks like GOTM has helped me get a bit better, still a ways to go .... Vietnam is a strong civ, and Voi chiens are amazing! Thanks again for a fun game, the second time around!
