7 historical leaders at start!

I have had Civ 3 complete for a couple of months and there had not been any problems but now suddenly with every new game(scenarios and randomly generated maps), that I start, I start with usual worker, settler, and scout or warrior BUT also with 7 civilization based historical leader. So if I take Germany, I will get 7 Bismarcks, with America I'll get 7 Lincolns and so on... I even cannot delete them.

I'd be very thankful, if anyone knows how to deal with this bug(if it is a bug after all?).

It's not a bug. You have "Mass Regicide" on at the beginning of the game. You have to turn it off when you start a new game.

When all your king units are dead you lose the game.
