2 unrelated 8.0 observations:
libraies cost 8 maintenance per turn, some mistake surely?
City states start with an insane amount of units. The whole map is awash with them and the barbarians get destroyed in minutes. Haven't noticed this as much before.
I know 8.0 only came out yesterday but I thought I'd mention these.
(the last version I played was 7.4)

The tooltip problem should be fixed in v8.1. If it's not, please report back here again.

Check the Common Problems list. It sounds like you might have multiple versions of the mod in the 'mods' folder, or need to clear the cache.

Did you check the common problems list? There's no reference to that text key in the game anymore. I'd guess there's past versions of the mod installed.
If you've checked the list and still have the problem, please attach a copy of your mods, moduserdata, and cache folders with a savegame where the problem occurs so I can try to figure out what's causing the problem.
