"Sacrifice to the Sea" - Heal 15 HP on kill and earn 200% of enemy CS as Faith.
"Combat bonus when attacking (25)"

Current art/model can be used

Rationale: Reconnaissance on Philosophy seems to be useless for Polynesia, cause pretty everything could already be revealed by that time. Gold from attacking Cities for a defensive Civ is not a good option.

Caravel is one of those weaker base units (like Warrior, Spearman, Pikeman, Slinger, Galley) that requires a bigger buff as a UU (see Nau and Turtle Ship) to be worthwhile.

Any reason it can't stay a Trireme with those abilities?

We only have 1 unique trireme, but we have 3 unique caravels already.
