I know we're on to 9.9, but wanted to list two bugs I encountered that I don't think have been mentioned.

* the AI prefers paying in gold over GPT, which makes no sense

* when I conquered a city, I lost one coal; when I sold it, I gained one

The AI prefers gold over GPT in vanilla. For example it will offer 240g for a lux but only 6 (or 7 if you're lucky) GPT for it.

The city almost surely had a factory.
 
I don't think we're able to change gpt vs lump sum AI weightings with our tools. The only thing I've found is "EACH_GOLD_VALUE_PERCENT", which changes the AI weight of gold as a whole. There's always the possibility some strangely-named variable hidden away in a file somewhere I'm unaware of. The game has so many variables, it's difficult to find specific needles in the large haystacks, especially when the needles look more like pineapples.
