A bad renaming situation

this is a small skit to tell why we shouldn't be able to rename units and cities:

joek, who's by the city grass.
bob:no deer is by grass
joe:what?!
bob:what's with deer
joe:I don't care what's with deer!
bob:No, I don't care what is by bye
joe:I don't care what is bye-bye?
bob:no!!!!! I don't care what is a tank! and he's by bye
joe:what?!
bob:what's with deer!
joe:who is what?
bob:no who is by bye with I don't care what
joe:what don't you care about?

think i saw some cartoon that had that kind of thing in it a long time ago. think it was with those bands like "the who" "what" and so on
