A bug in the 1.1 patch for CTP2

I had a problem with the game, so I downloaded the patch. The problem was solved but now I have another problem - The messages system is all ****ed up, and I keep getting a message saying "noyon"(?). And if that's not enough, I don't get any of the important messages. It took me 10 turn to understand that my people were sad because I had 53 cities in a technocracy. It should tell you when you have too many cities!

The 1.2 patch fixes that.

Well at least you got the "patch" to work. I downloaded 1.11 and it says it cant find the game, umm hello! Yes I installed it I am not that stupid.

Well judging by the posts on the board I am probably not missing much.

To make it easy:

Open the chat window in game by typing: '

And enter /reloadslic

That should solve the problem.
