There is no question there are a lot of wierd ideas on the internets both liberal and conservative. I just have not seen libapedia or wiccantube. I like to read both sides, probably more the opposition (conservatives) as they are just more funny. In the US now in politics there are only 2 sides, if you are a moderate you are a sucker or a staunch democrat.

Yeah, it's part of a larger clip called "how to convert an atheist", ~40 minutes IIRC. To be honest, I can't believe that people aren't embarrassed when watching it, even believers. I mean, at some point, somebody thought the clip was actually a good idea.

Who said that? That's the same in believing only Americans can have good scientist. Thus we import some good ones from all over the world just as we do in sports.

I'm not sure why you think things have gotten strange in the last twenty years. Americans are becomming consistently less religious. A hundred years ago, just about everyone would have agreed with the video. Now, it's a small minority.
