A couple questions

I havent played Civ 5 since October 2010, so I'm a little rusty and i've forgotten some things..

- If I capture a city and decide to puppet it, will I get a happiness penalty?
- If disable the Time victory condition, willl the game end at the last turn or will it keep going? Also, if the time is disabled will I get a score at the end or will I get a score after I completed another victory condition?

Penalty? It will give unhappiness just like any other city you have.
I believe you can play on after 2050 without Time Victory. And the score for the rankings will be decided at victory (or defeat).
