A general strategy for Poland

I'm going to post a couple more pictures and hopefully move on to another topic. Here you will see two armies going left and right. But, soon there will be a transition to an artillery phase which will do the heavy lifting. The Hussars did a great job of clearing the field and killing a lot of troops, but you can see now that there just aren't any units left to kill so their role is mostly full filled. Just the same you would not get this same effect with just Lancers.

At this point in the game Honor is full along with Trad and Pat, I am working on Commerce. I would have liked to have had Autocracy by now but it didn't materialize this time. Oh well. I'm still ahead by 5 techs.

And finally on t243, the last 2 cities fall right on schedule.

I hope you can see how you can use Solidarity to get a slight tech lead and then use the Hussars to totally dominate the Renaissance and early Industrial era.

But it is only "fun" the first time.

Poland can get very different Sopol paths than anyone because they can easily get ~7 free policies.

My favorite is to start Honor / Liberty and go dominate. It a slow start with an early finish.
