This has been an idea bubbling around in my head for quite some time. And checking out this Democracy thing showed me it's quite possible to get going....
I'm trying to get alot of exposure to my idea, I feel it deserves it, so forgive me for... well, advertising... I just believe alot of Democracy players will rarely frequent the Multiplayer & PBEM section.. and I've a feeling you'll all appreciate this new kind of civving...
