I was just on the fall from heaven 2 pedia and I found that the order is the only religion that doesn't have it's own tech why is that? I know it was removed some time ago but why?

We don't add techs unless there is a good reason to do so. There wasn't one here. The fact that the other religions have religion specific techs doesnt make us more or less likely to add one for the order.

Some may think that weakens the Order. Its actually a boost to the order, because they get all their things without having to invest research in a special tech.

I agree with what Kael wrote as per the Order.

However, I still would like to cast my vote for Hidden Paths as being the most useless tech!

Maybe that should go too!

I like making it so that Hidden Paths provides +1 health, is a prereq for Forest Stealth (which of course would require some FF schema to bring back), and gives the first to research it (or maybe even anyone to research it) a free Priest of the Leaves. I like making all the religion specific techs give free Priests. I'll probably bring Unquestioning Obedience back, mostly for the free Confessor but also for the advanced temples I'm still thinking of bringing back.

wait you remove the advanced temples too?

Advanced temples were removed before Light was complete, before I even discovered the game. They were never really fully implemented. I'm planning on bringing them (or something similar) back in my version, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
