just bought the game (civ rev) played CIV III on the PC, quite impressed by the console version, its less complex (as expected) but very fluid (much more than i expected).

(Civrev) can you sell city improvements ?

(Civrev) on the Earth map does it start you in the same position every time ?

I am sure I will have more questions as play continues.

    Cheers

You aren't very clear, is that first question about Civ 3? If so, then this topic entirely belongs in the Civ3 boards, not here.
The second question applies to PC versions of Civ only.

Both questions were about Civ Revolution. No, you can't sell city improvements, and no the earth map does not start you in the same location every time.

What Earth map, was that something added later? Because I know it isn't in the DS version.

Earth Map :- I think it does start you in the same position in single player?

The earthmap is part of DLC for the consoles.

Maybe I'm wrong then. I've only played the Earth map once, so I wouldn't know from experience, but I thought I saw someone once say that the starting points were all random on it.
