Just started a new game as the D'tesh with Erebus Continent. Take a look at where I started. I sense some well preserved corpses in my future.

The game is progressing well . I have Thanatos and a ranger at lvl 10 or so rampaging through sidar territory. The commerce from all that salt is amazing.

Not really. So long as you drink enough water, there's not even really such a thing as too much salt; It'll just be diluted and passed with other wastes.

There is a limit to how much water you can drink. There is such a thing as too much water too. And then there is the time and logistics about it. Much more easier to get too much salt.

I don't know about that, the FDA is looking at Salt contents in food, and ways to limit it. There are downsides to it.

Oh, I know there are downsides. It is also necessary.

The only way you're really going to have issues is if you make a habit of eating extremely salty foods without enough water. People have lived on salt preserved foods for thousands of years.
