A Stargate Mod for Civ4 is needed

    Alright. I've done some more work. This should be more playable. Right now the biggest "loose end" is the ability to explore a planet yet no results have been programmed for this action. Next steps 1 and 2 should cover this. Feel free to volunteer your services or just give more and more suggestions. The SG Teams are where this mod should focus, but for now the biggest excitement is repelling an Alien Invasion.

    Completed steps:
    1. Gate travel works as intended
    2. System Lords now actively invade new planets (including Earth!)
    3. Learned how to do 2D graphics (Stargate graphic included)

    Next steps:
    1. Brainstorm/code/graphic many SG Team Actions and Promotions
    2. Generate popups and stories for newly explored planets
    3. Fix startup hiccup
    4. Discover planet for single repeated technology not every technology
    5. Create System Lord unit

    Future steps:
    1. Generate new, comprehensive tech tree
    2. Update Civilization and Leader files
    3. Build Unit lists and balances
    4. Build Building list
    5. Develop event system backbone
    6. Leaderhead graphics/unit graphics
    7. Enhance AI for this mod

    As a note, The SG Teams will conduct Actions programmed outside of the Espionage system, as this would require me to reprogram the SDK/C++ segments. All foreseeable steps can be completed using XML and python (except perhaps an Enhanced AI).
