AbNES: Tribes

Would it be wrong to order an entire tribe to jog laps around the forest until they die of exhaustion or old age? :undecide:

Lurker's Comment: Ethics are overrated. Those tribesmen need their excercise.

Wrong? Who knows... I doubt they would have a high survival rate however...

I doubt they would listen to you with such orders. Might end up with a broken skull.

I think for these early stages, I am going to be VERY literal with your orders

Could be a fair few deaths in the beginning!

Our tribe is near the easter river but higher up in the plains not on the shore. For now. We run around the flat and rocky plains huanting rabbits. We Hate bugs!! We are a bit guallic like poeple[Guals cavemen\celtics poeple of france]. Fire scares us! our religion is drudic and focused toward the sun and stars

Story of Uz Ug

Lots of light-times ago. Uz Ug in tribe with Ugs. Ugs say, you go, you no good. So Uz walk. Uz find no-Ugs, but our Paz and Maz. We no-Ugs, but Uz lead us.

One said, we no listen to Uz, Uz hit him with rock. We now Uz'Ug. We strong, we tink good. Tanks Ug.

Story of Franconids

Many sun daggers ago [years]. The great sun goddess Minya put us down from the sky and said. Make me happy or you will die in great orange death [fire]. She told us to move to the green place near the rocks [ easter plain middle part] and to stay away from the blue men [tribes near sea] Until we are ready. We hate little monsters [bugs] because they once covered the white disk[moon] up [an eclipse] plus they bother us

All right then, you've twisted my arm :)

I want 2 men to go hunt
1 man to fish
2 men to look for wepons to defend the village.

I want the woman to make, look after, and rase the childern and farm the land (with the children).

Location: any light green area please, oh and do we PM the orders, or do like I did above?

eh might as well post my orders:

Women, have and raise children and collecting water
When not doing that 3 are to gather berries and such and attempt to farm(maybe)
The other two develop a way to fish and then do so once they create an effective means of doing so.

Men
3 hunt the area near the forest for meat
1 gather wood, stones, and other raw materials
1 build basic structures for the tribe (huts, smokehouses, that type of stuff)

That should be it.

In the begining, there was only two people: Jauni(wife), and Tull(husband). They both had the great dream of being adventures, but sadly, were destned to work on a farm for their whole lives! But, one day, the great god Regon, sent in a powerful storm that killed both Jauni's and Tull's parents. So, they had to go to the local inn. This is how they met.

**********************

Tull, 21, was big, muscular, had black hair (a Tull family trait), and was 5,5". He was very funny, and was the town hotty (well, to the woman anyway). After the Big One, he worked as the local inn keeper, where he met Jauni, his future wife, and partner.

Jauni was 19, pritty, was also funny, and liked cute/hot men. When she saw Tul, and Tull saw her, she knew that they were both desten to meet eachother from the start.

"Hi". Said Jauni looking very nurvious. "How are you"?

"Um..............(ect)........ good. You"?

"I'm fine thank you. It seems like you run a good inn here. What's your name"?

"I'm Tull (shah), what's your's"?

"I'm Jauni. So, want to go to the Rock? I hear that this time they have a REAL tarridactal this time".

"Sweet! I'll be there. How about mid dusk"?

"Sounds fine with me"! Said Jauni with a smile.

"See ya there"!

"Yah, see ya". Jauni said.

And so that's how the Great Family Jauni, and Tull started this great civlization; by going on a simple date.
To Be Continued..................

Bestrfcplayer you want to put your village close to a river like my tribe were in the plains but were close to the river so we dont die from trying to bring water back.

My orders are

Women Mate and when have energy get water. 3 men msut haunt rabbit while 2 men make rabbit bone into small weapons [not very advanced]

Story of Franconids Part 2

Our great Sun goddess Minya had a husband Vollunes. Vollunes the god of joy and the Sun saw that we learned how to use Gray circles [Rocks] to haunt Woodies [Rabbits], but a great Boom[Storm] was coming with all the blue[Water] in the Sun Spot[World] so he talked to hes brothers Creataihn god of ice and Trationise god of green daggers[grass and earth]. he told Creatainh to help Trationise find a place to live for us. Trationise found a nace place for us to live, but they were blocked by ice gaints [mountains] so Creataihn opened them up and we went to our place. then he shut them back. Thats how we got here. In our new home Vollunes told us the gods can't talk to us for now. Many of us think that it is time for us to be ready and talk to the Blue Men!!

Welcome to Paradise!
(Theme Tune Included)

If there were a Garden of Eden, this would be it!

A warm, calm cove. Protected from the elements by a impassible range of mountains. While there are wetter periods, and colder periods from time to time, everything remains nice enough for the human inhabitants. The rivers team with fish and other morsels, the plains are a hive of activity, rabbits, deer, countless other creatures nibble or gnaw away. To both the East and the West, large wooded areas flank the plains. An intoxicating array of animals live within the branches.

To the West, two tribes live around a large lake. The Eulovana, and the Zorakh. The know of each other vaguely, but there has been little interaction so far. Far North are the Tugon. They originate on the plains, but soon realised they lacked a water, and moved to a nearby river. This river lazily winds its way down to the Sea. On its way it spreads out into a muddy estuary. Along its banks the Agora and the Uz'Gu Tribes live. Again they know of each other, but have not yet chosen to interact. Finally I must mention the Franconids, a strange tribe indeed. Scared both of people who live by the sea, and of small bugs!

Location will be Northeast mountains. Yes, that's right, /on/ the mountain itself. My people are that hardcore. Also, my people are going to be like Amazons, the Women doing the fighting, the leading, and all that crap, while the men are for breeding and raising.

Orders:
5 warriors are to hunt mountain lions and other such animals for food.
5 men are to breed like mad. I don't care if they are like bees, and die once they have sex, they are to breed!

The Zorakh have limited numbers, but there will be one dedicated hunter and fisherman, each with an apprentice, with the fifth man staying behind to guard the five women and children, who will gather the water, maintain the fires, cook the food and craft the furs and flints necessary to equip their men.

Thankyou Arakhor.

3 cavemen become fishermen and fish from the abundant lake and stream.
1 cavemen will become a hunter and...hunt.
1 caveman will stay and guard the camp.
5 cavewomen produce children and generally handle the camp and prepare the food the hunters and fishermen get (as much as cavemen know...)

Chief Unga'Dunga makes a new rule in the camp - each caveman will be forced to mate with as much of the cavewomen as possible for maximal child capacity. who cares about the families? more working force for the Agora!
