What goverment type is best different states of game? Like whats best first to get? Fast research (or is there one)?

And religions. So you can put many religions to 1 city. But whats best to put main religion? Or is it same what one is it?

Early on I have slavery and Organized religion. Dont switch to slavery until u get organized religion thou because its not very different from the defualt and one turn of anarchy can hurt u early on. I use organized religion to speed up wonders and spread religion around my cities. If I happen to get Pyramids, I switch to representation because Im probably at 3 or 4 cities this early in the game so all get the +3 happiness bonus. Once I get Feudalism and theology and Im ready for war I swap to Theocracy and Vasselage and start pumping out a huge army which I use to overrun my opponents :/ If my cities start going bonkers I might switch to hereditary and stick more units in my cities, because I should have already had max number of temples from organized religion era and building new temples now woudl take longer than building policing units. I dont recommand police state thou (once agian with pyramids) unless your cities are really small and u got 3+ temples in them. Good idea to speed up construction of policing units is to trade off all ur copper/iron so u can make warirors, then get it back. If u cant trade pillage ur mine and rebuild it ocne u put a few warriors in all ur cities.

If you can found a religion yourself, it's best to have that as your state one. That's because you'll then get an additional +1 gold for every city that has it and you can choose Organized Religion and give yourself a +25% production boost in every city. Also, you get more bonuses from a shrine if it's your state religion (forget what they are exactly) and there are wonders like the Spiral Minaret which give additional happy points for every state religion building you have.

In terms of the religions themselves, there's no difference between any of them.

Oh and on the point of religion. AI goes for Buddism first and can usualy get you by one turn if you both starter with or without mysticism. I'd suggest nabbing Hinduism since it will be one you need to research on the way to organized religion and you dont need monestaries with organized religion so you can skip Meditiation for a while. Of course if you plan on getting all 3 early reigions then that's a bit of a different story.

And religions themseves arent much different. Only difference is later religions give you a free Missionary after you found em.

You can spread as many religions as you want to your city, I'd advise more relisgions to bigger cities to get extra temples, but spreadign your state religion to all your cities is a must. You get +1 happiness and you need it for organized religion, Pacifism, and Theocracy bonuses.
