Acclimation Quest Bug

Once completed the quest, multiple "completed" steps are added (Over 40), but the quest choice never appears.

I have this same bug. One detail that might help is that I build a lot of Xenonurseries in my cities before I build the Microbial Mine in my capital, so the quest recognized my Xenonurseries, making several copies of the same quest stage (like in the screenshot). It all happened in the same turn, I got the quest notification and when I looked at the quest log, it was like that. Another detail is that I didn't got the next stage of the quest, she is locked for around 10 turns now.
