Achievements (steam) work with mods on the downloads here?

Just curious if the achievements still work with the mods available in the downloads here, or if installing a mod disables the achievements?

I can't answer for all the mods, but it works with the UI mods by TCS and Sukritact, and with Gedemon's YNAMP continents ++ map.
