Calling all free Great Peoples!
Preturn
I make a couple of minor switches.
Osaka was making a rifle...I changed it to a grenadier to counter the partisan rifles we will meet up against.
I switch Vienne from a uni to Wall Street.
Whacking enter...
(1) 1826 AD
Montezuma in all of his genius is teching Divine Right...perhaps he should be teching Divine Intervention. Lame I know...but its early!
I delete numerous outdated garrisons in our western cities that are in no danger.
We save 17 gpt. Woohoo!

We get a prophet from Chicken Pizza which means we can fire up the GA!
I say lets do it!
Before GA:
Before civics changes:
After adopting US and Free Speech:
We will now learn assembly line in 6 turns while pulling in 158 gpt!
Tokyo is now pumping 47 hammers before modifiers! A far cry from the 5 or so we had when the copper got knocked out a while back!

AP vote comes up and we have only one choice...so I try to give Suleiman a gift.
More unhappies for Monty is fine by me!
I am grouping the workers into groups of 3 to lay one turn rails.
It just makes my head hurt a little less when trying to rail such a large empire.
(3) 1830 AD
Well I was going to tell Sulei to research SciMeth when he finished MilSci...but apparently he knew what I wanted and chose it on his own.
Currently Brennus is teching Astro for us in 7 and Sulei will have SciMeth in 5.
We will snag those and begin to tech Communism for the free GSpy and Physics for the free GSci once we have Assembly Line in place.

Good news for Sulei as Monty decides not to defy the resolution!
Bibracte gets a Great Scientist.
I will sit on it until after we get Sci Meth to see what it will help bulb next.
I assume it will be Physics or Bio and either one of those is fine.

No more build queues as it will (and probably has) bore many to tears.
61.32% land area with 64% needed for victory.
(6) 1836 AD
Bibracte begins building the SoL.
I believe Ron Burgandy once told me...
"Bibracte is Latin for wonder whore."
Then he played me some jazz flute.
Montys silly new city that trapped our forces popped its borders and our troops can now return home!!!
(7) 1838 AD
Assembly Line is in and a three turn Fascism is in place for the free GG!
I want our other stack to have a super medic too!
Kyoto is the first to start building a factory.
They were told not to do it...but they do it anyways...Karakorum is the first city to start building a forbidden palace.
(8) 1840 AD
Land area at 61.58%
(9) 1841 AD
Apparently dead end techs like DR and Liberalism are Montys plan for winning this game! He is teching Lib now...someone needs to tell Monty that the free tech was taken long long ago.
(10) 1842 AD
Rails still being laid.
Tokyo starts the Oxford Uni and is due in only 5 turns!
(11) 1843 AD
Fascism arrives and we get a GG for our troubles.
He is sent to the southern group to medic for them.
I make this trade with Brennus to obsolete as much as possible in one fell swoop.
Unfortunately, due to learning Astro and SciMeth Bibracte loses two turns on the next GP...BOO!
We also get 4 plunks of oil in our lands.
I set research to Physics and use our GSci to bulb most of it for us.
Physics and the free GSci in 2 turns now.
(12) 1844 AD
Kyoto is the first city to begin construction of a shale plant!
(13) 1845 AD
We get Physics and the free GSci that goes with it.
He quickly bulbs half of Bio.
I choose Communism as our next tech.
That way we get a great spy but we can also adopt State Property right before our GA ends too.
Our GG attaches to a pike and promotes to Medic III and Woody II.
10 more exp to super ultra status.
I promote him to an infantry to speed that process up.
I am not worried about losing him to Montys rifles.
(14) 1846 AD
I micro Tokyo to finish Oxford one turn sooner!
Yay for useless late game micro!
(15) 1847 AD
Communism is learned. Bio in two thanks to our bulb earlier.
Vienne completes Wall Street!
Wrapup
I have sent the spy to infiltrate Monty.
He is currently south of Istanbul.
That should give us city visibility for most of Montys cities.
There are two SoDs for you to use and abuse...Monty that is.
One is resting next to Texcoco ready to strike.
The other is waiting to the south near London.
I shuffled troops so that both stacks have city raider infantries.
I just promoted some so you can declare next turn if you like.
This is the final turn of our final golden age.
We can and probably should switch to State Property before you hit enter.
I didn't do it so we had the option not to if we so choose.
Our land area is 62.89%
That is dangerously close to the limits of domination.
We may want to consider gifting a city to one of our vassals to ensure we don't accidentally win.
Good luck and happy hunting!
