Add a Resume Button

Other games have a resume button in the launcher. (Crusader Kings, Hoi4, Bannerlord) I see no reason why civ 6 shouldn't. Plus it's kinda nice not to have to click through more than one thing.

Just like you launch every other game on Steam: through Steam. The launchers that companies like 2K and Paradox have insisted on using are just an annoying extra step that is completely unnecessary.
