Is there still no fix for the crash after you add a civ?

I added the Spaniards and the Mongols ,I saw them in the game, but they didnt make units and when the diplomacy screen popped up, the game crashed.

No solution to this ?

And why do people post incomplete unitfiles?

Regardless of everything, you all are simply the best!

Greetings!

I have heard something about adding 15 civs ,32 units but only 3 recources?

Ok ok...... my actual question is

HOW TO AD A CIV TO THE ACTUAL CIVS

In clear leak language please!

Please?

:)

Thanks!

I see the txt files need a lot of re-writing, why didnt he just copy-paste his version of the file here together with his bic file?

It wil take ages for a newbie like me to fix this all...

I desperately need to play with many new civs...

I know the crash with the diplomacy screen can be fixed like this...

I have to go on....feeling sleepy... have mercy......

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

see you all tomorrow

what part of adding a civ are you talking about? I can add a civ to my game, and play as that civ with no problem, except for the damn F4 advisor screen. I don't quite understand the diplo.txt so I can't make a civ to play against work just right. but I only get crashes when I go to the f4 foreign advisor screen. if you are having probs with anything other than the diplo.txt or the f4 advisor, maybe I can help. as for the civ not making units, did you specify in the civ3edit what to build a lot of, and what not to build??

Hello!

Yes you are right, the only problem is the advisor screen.

I managed to make the civs and it was cool to see them added.

But when I wanted to do some diplomacy, I failed! He I blame it on the game! ;)

I dont understand the diplo txt either , and I dont want to srew my game up, so now I am playing with Spain and Mongolia instead of Iroquis and Egypt.

So greetings!
