I've already got Visual Studio 2010 Professional on my computer, so is it possible to install the relevant pieces of Modbuddy into the existing installation to use it for modding CiV? If it could be activated (and deactivated) within that install it would be a much cleaner workflow for me.

Now that there's a full SDK thought I might bump this, seeing as I'd like to avoid installing the Express suite as well.

EDIT: Side note. If this does turn out to be possible. (I'll look at it in detail early next year when I'm getting back into mod development, after I finish my Windows Phone game.) To anyone here who's a student (definitely college students, but I think high school and below works too), you can get the Professional editions of Visual Studio for free, direct from Microsoft from dreamspark.com.
