Adding wonders in C3C

This is the first time in adding wonders to CIV, do I add the graphics and text within the Conquests folders, Text and Art, or do I put them in the PTW folder?

I add wonders through the Conquest folders but the graphics come up a blanc black block?

Where have I gone wrong?
