Adobe Acrobat printing blank sheets

I tried to print some PDF files from adobe acrobat 7.0, but only the blank forms come out, only the lines and boxes, with no words on them. Can someone explain what's going on and how to fix it?

I don't do anything advanced with pdf, and unless you do, I can highly recommend Foxit PDF Reader. It's much faster and smaller than acrobat reader, and I haven't had any functionality problems with it.

Sorry I can't be more help with your problem, as I don't have acrobat reader installed...

Does it work with other programs (i mean your printer)?

my printer is fine. if a print has problem, it won't even print the lines and boxes.

Thats a good point . Well it could have been a problem printing black (my printer did once but it could still print all shades of gray- the boxes could have been gray) but i guess its the software... Apart from being on a lower layer (i don't know if that can happen on PDFs) then i don't know what the problem is, sorry .

I can print alrite using the reader Zelig suggested. That solve the prob, but only for now.

Have you tried getting a patch or latest version for Acrobat Reader? Or you could try reinstalling it (thats if you want it still).

Maybe i shall upgrade. that is true.
i am using adobe acrobat, rather than the reader, since i want i need acrobat to take notes and highlight stuff.
