This looks pretty good. Guess i`d need to start a new game to get the AI to use him. The AI does use him doesn`t it? Is there a Readme\guide to installing? I hope so, cos us new chaps might find it difficult to work otherwise. There should always be a Readme.

I didn't create a read me but to install it go to "Local Disk (C) or whatever letter it is...

then go to

Firaxis Games
Beyond The Sword
Mods

and the unzip the Adolf Hitler There...once you load the game, look at you start up game menu options, hit Advanced and then you'll see Load a Mod option.

I hadn't noticed about Hitler having two bands...I'm guessing it was made like that by the original creators.

One very minor error IMO is that when the flag icon is changed and you play as Bismarck or Frederick Germany is still represented by the Nazi flag. I am glad someone came up with a Hitler mod because it is IMO such a glaring ommision not to have Hitler in the game. I would prefer if Hilter were a selectable option but Germany still be represented by the grey iron cross as its flag symbol regardless of leader. I am sure its an easy thing to change but I am not smart enough to figure out any of this Python or XML stuff

Same here. Stalin is playable under an imperial symbol, not hammer & sickle.

ATTENTION: I lost my DSL connection and now I"m stuck with 56k which limits my internet access...for those of you wanting to have Hitler with the regular Gray/Black cross flag you must make the changes manually, I included instructions which should make this really simple.

Get WinRAR, 'tis shareware.

Just get WinRAR and unzip the folder to your desktop...read the instructions and it will tell you what to do.

Wow, impressive..

Except the colour scheme of the swastika flag and the German borderline is a bit of a miss-match (red and grey). Perhaps just sticking with the iron cross wouldnt be so bad? or change the colour of the Germans from grey to dark red, whatever

Did you download the "Main File"

and look on the right, there should be the "DOWNLOAD FILE" link

which will give you the "Red Borders"

Hi, i have tried in every possible mode to do working this mod, but nothing. I have tried modifying the file config.ini, but nothing. The game upload the mod,but of uncle adolf,no track. I have extracted the zipped file in the mod folder of BTS, as you suggested. The mod appears in the menu,apparently it's loaded, but in the game no track of mod.
Someone can help me?
Another question...Do you think to make a leader mod for romans race with Mussolini leader?
