The beta is different than regular. However, go try to install my recently released beta9 for Rise of Mankind 2.8 It is bug-free (I hope) and has all the features your looking for. The link is in my sig.

I don't know. For now, it's merely a huge compilation of everything RoM modmoder's have made. Nothing more, nothing less.

Adding tons more units and civs has the downside of making the mod load time unbearable...

Seems like the install path was not correct. It works now. :)

Sounds good enough, the load time is a problem..
Though having real differences between civs does come with an high replay value, especially on a good world map.
 
Can it be installed on a previous version or do I need to uninstall first? And what about RoM? Uninstall and install that too?
 
By the way...

You might have more downloads if you'd make the download link easier to find. Like in your sig. ;)

What I found out is that a clean install is never wrong. I am often too lazy to do so but in then I end up having little bugs that annoy me and sometimes even break the games.

For example what I do now after new versions is to test if loading of a file works before I invest several hours in it... :twitch:

That is true. But since I am not really familiar with this modmod I can't tell if it is really necessary.

But now I can't even try install it over the old one since there are no seeds for the torrent.
 
And here I was all excited to DL it and I cant get torrents at work *sigh*
I could see torrents for RoM_2.8 it was big... but this is much smaller...

Sorry about that. I went to class before anyone started, and my utorrent defaults to stop seeding when my ratio is too high (So I don't waste my bandwidth,) but when you are the intial seed, your ratio is infinite, which caused issues. I am uploading now.

Thanks for fixing it but now again we have no seeds. :(


Edit: I restarted my torrent and it helped. It's downloading again. :)
 
Okay, long story short, Torrent got corrupted (Don't ask me how.) Delete the one you have now, and redownload it, I've corrected it in the new one.
 
well i dunno abotu anyoen else buit the atomic gamers download for me is going at abotu 150-200 kbs so not a prob for me to use that.

now seeding as well (downloaded torrent and the atomic gamer oen and jsut copied atomic gamer one over the one in my torrent folder)
