Your building this Project allows everyone this same ability. I advise you to abandon the Project if at all possible and consider reversing your stance on it being built. One Nuke strike on an island will set that player W A Y back and you will I believe be attack for revenge.

Building this Project will do nothing but start an arms Race this game was created to escape
