I have sent an email to Defacto asking when he'll be back. As there's still Christmas/New Year vacation time, I'd say we wait a few more days and see whether he'll return.

Ok, time is up.
Defacto has not reported back here since Dec. 18th. I noticed in his statistics that he logged in to civfanatics on Jan 6th, but he neither responded to this thread, nor to my PM nor to my email.
This can only mean he's no longer interested (and besides I think it's not acceptable), so posted a note on the "Replacement Player Thread", I hope you all agree? Once we have a substitute, this game can get rolling!
