Age of exploration, I need more

I see that there are more colonial mods people have made, but I want to have the following. If anyone knows of this or wants to make one like this, let me know:

Entire World

Earlier start, if possible, like 1300 or so

later end, I want it to go into 18 or 19th century, with cool musketmen and so forth

Retain that awesome aspect of treasure and colonial resources that came with the original

Take away victory points and just have treasure add money to your wallet

Units and Unit changes:

Special 18th century rifleman for each major nation with historic color (British red, French Blue)

Any Special 18th century Revolutionary/napoleonic war units that might add spice

Conqistadors should be cheaper, or stronger...one of the 2

my fav nation is Spain so make some sweet special units

Brit sea dogs should be without national marking, like privateers if possible

New conqistador, he should have a sword and/gun or musket or something
