AI asking for Declaration of Friendship on EVERY turn (reproducible)

Kongo literally asked me every single turn for the last 30 turns if I wanted to be friends... if I didn't need access to his lands I'd have gone to war with him just to make him stop.

Worth noting it may be a bug specific to this being a game started on the original version that is now using the new patch. Haven't had a chance to start a fresh game yet.

Yeah, it's crazy irritating. I've had it happen again with some other AI request on a pure .38 game, so it wasn't just from using a vanilla game save.

ya getting spammed by the AI so much is real annoying and slows down the game,. I really hope in the future they put some limit on the amount of times an AI can initiate conversation. One of the many reasons it is obvious they did not actually play test this game before release :/
