I don't call it cheating. It's actually clever to run a deficit when you have the tech tree completed because your science output will cover the deficit. A way to have a massive army at the end of the game.

I find prince a fun level to play on , you can experiment and try new things. Money isnt a problem once you have played a few games and understand how it works. Nonsense that you have to fight early to win , on hard difficuties that is true but not on prince.

It sounds rude but the truth is the OP needs to get better . Ask for help and advice and not complain and make up BS.
