AI declaring war on me with no apparent reason.

Why do you guys tell him it's because of his low power when he actually said that the AIs were inferior in both tech and power? I don't know about you, but I'm no magician and can't tell that the guy was lying or making things up

Of course nothing can be done to investigate this 'bug' without a save. Morfanos, if it happens to you in every game, just start a new game and provide us with a save. I also suspect that there's something wrong with your play style rather than with the game itself, after all I have the same game as you ;)

Flak, would you expand upon the code elements a bit more? E.g. by providing the actual code entries which will cause the 'inevitable' declarations of war and the nuclear plant meltdowns. Is it vs human only?

I'd like to see a mod for this now, if it's true.

Sorry, I have been away for the last couple of days, I'll try play another game tomorrow and make a save game if it does indeed happens again. Now if only they can fix that annoying combat animation problem with the 3.03 patch, that would "help" me play yet another game where I seems bound to lose...

But like you said first in your post. I had far superior army and technology when the first two decided to attack me. With Alexander it might have been because I was already at war with 3 nations, which did in fact lower my military and provided him with an opportunity, even if I was on "pleased" relation with him. But that still doesnt explain it for the first two.

Btw, in the last game I described, I was playing as the Holy Roman Empire.

Now, kazapp, about you saying it was similar in Warlords, did you even read those two things I said in my first post?

1-...and bought Warlords a couple of months ago...
2-I'm reporting this because I've not changed anything in my gameplay style for now(not even using spies) and I don't understand why I would get half the nations at war with me on all my games with BtS and not with Warlords or Civ4.

I would understand if I jumped to BtS from the original Civ4 but I did play and won with that same "style" WITH Warlords and for a couple of months...

But after all, maybe the problem IS my still since I focused more on C&C3 than anything else lately...Maybe I should lower the difficulty. But anyways, I'll at least another time and see what happens.
