AI trades for duplicate luxury resources

Can't remember who initiated the first trade, I had multiple copies of two luxury goods and swapped 1 copy of each for two lux goods from the AI (it also had 2+ copies of its lux goods).

Two or three turns later the exact same AI initiates a trade request to me for the exact same two lux goods I am already trading to him, and pays me fair GPT for them.

I've studied the Resource Reports screen and extra copies of lux goods do not change the amenity benefits. I suppose it is possible the AI re-traded the lux goods I sold it, but that seems a little too intelligent for this level of AI so I'm guessing it's a bug.

Now that I'm looking for it, it's happening all the time.

I initiated a trade to Germany to swap oranges for dyes. The very next turn Germany initiates a trade to me asking for oranges for gold.

I have noticed that too.

The AI keep offering me resources I already have.
