AI

Though not that major but AI clearly overvalues luxuries. In cctp building happiness is the king, and luxury is nice to have, yet AI offers all its net profit 50+ coin + oak+ manpower for a lousy 3 happyness.

+ In general AI puts its cities way too crowded. In a longish cctp game an average city can and should grow taller than in vanilla.

+ Ai selects policies from 2 exclusive branch. I am not sure is it a cheat, or dumb.

Houston, we have a problem. (Though it is possible that it is the TSL Earth that has problem, though strange bug.) I play a Huge Earth 34 Civ game and:
- The settlers that was not able to found the city in the very same spot they were deployed - So for example a lone Babylonian settler was in place since Assur was too close....
- Several nation (All in Americas + Japan + Indonesia) stuck with a single city by the time others - Especially Carthago, Assyria, Austria, Partly Huns, and Korea. Had a big empire with 10+ cities.

Some of those single city empire built Healing. And even big ones built it in some of their cities.
All AI was seriously behind in Culture, while the listed ones made OK regarding technologies, though slightly behind me (But I am the overpowered india. The happiness + the 1 extra range makes it almost unbeatable on cctp.)

Healing should be forbidden by the AI, and somehow the listed traits should be if possible taken as a basis. If it has anything to do with CCTP AI.

Furthermore as a human I do not build any building that hurts health. As of now there is somany alternatives to get for example production compared to health providing ones. AI somehow should be thaught to avoid these unless really need it. I presume after the crime/order, it shall be even harder to force ai to take only sane sacrifises.

Regarding cultural capital: AI always made doubtious choices. For example Sacrifice instead of Idols or defense (which are clearly better in a multi era game.)

CCTP change the minimum distance of cities from 3 to 4.
You can change it manually in CCTP/Various /CCTP-GlobalDefines.xml.
This can trigger some problems with premaded maps, when the distance doesnt fit.

For the ai, the ai uses flavors, and for this all flavors needs to be adjusted.

This isnt a little work, in fact to rebalance all flavors is like to build the pyramids.:deadhorse:

The reason why i put it on hold, is very easy, first all content and then start to adjust and balance flavors.

But since we use other mod components that have there own flavors in the first place, this isnt something i can do fast.

Also iam the only one who got the overview of all the content of buildings/techs.... so i fear the time when iam forced to put my hands on the flavors.
