some question
1. near some enemy base I could not use drop unit, got message can't make drop because of XXXX Air Defence . what unit or building cause it ?
2. I used a lot of Airplane with Air superiority (only way to have Airplane and chopper in free market economy w/o having Pacifism problem) what trigger the airplane to get out of base to attack and ? should it be in H or L status ?

The second one I don't know, but the first one is Aerospace Complex. Gives you a defensive bonus versus air units and stops enemy airdrops into base.

The second, tell your unit to hold. It will automatically attack any enemy air units which try to attack your bases or units within it's defensive radius.
