Bomber add an action airborne troops landing

for landing in a neighboring cell with bomber (from the departure point) must be ranger (Scout),
landings only on land, on the investigated territory, except for cities and districts
Ranger is dropped without MP, if the cell is occupied by the enemy unit, the ranger enters battle, if there is no winner, the ranger is thrown to the adjacent free field, if there is nowhere to retreat, then the ranger is destroyed
 
This is an interesting spin on the idea of paratroopers, though I think the scout line would need to be fleshed out for it to be a good substitute for a specialized unit. I'd also be inclined to simply prohibit landing on enemy units, though I suppose whether that makes sense depends on how you imagine the scale of combat.
