would someone please tell me how do you drop bombs from a airplane to a target, i have planes all over the place but they wont attack. please help

Choose type of airstrike you want to make and choose the tile you want to bombard.
Obviously you need to have your plane selected.

You can also use the bombard action with the planes to reduce city defenses, just like artillery.

Select an airplane, click 'b', then click on a tile within its range. If you target a city it will automatically reduce city defenses; if you target an improvement it will try to destroy that improvement. If you want to attack units instead, it's just like moving - select the plane, then right-click on the target.
