Airports coming?

I was poking around in Buildings.xml (looking for a way to hide entries in Civilopedia/Tech Tree, but the ShowInPedia flag is not listed for buildings) and I noticed the following in the table headings:

<Column name="Airlift" type="integer" default="0"/>

Has anyone tried playing around with this flag to get the old Civ IV style airports in Civ V?
