Just double cheking..please clarify:

1) Airports can only SEND one unit per turn to another airport.
2)An Airport can RECEIVE as many units per turn as can be sent to them by other airports.

They didn't change the max amount of units per turn with v1.17f? I don't know for sure since my games never get that far (I normally get killed before then) but I thought I heard that.
