All at war

Hi all

I'm a little annoyed at the moment because of two things about the game bts.

Firstly, I set up a game so that there are 18 players on 9 teams. I set it so that we are at war (permanent war). But when i start only my team is at war with everyone else, (and my team mate leaves his city unguarded and hence dies [dambed AI]).

So is there a download that will give me the option of having everyone at war with everyone else??? (and improve the AIs intelligence would be nice too).

Finally, i like the concept of the one city challenge (ie only having one city) but is there a way so that every player (including the AIs) have only one city, not just me?

It is possible to remove the settlers from the game, or make them so expensive that no one would build one, realistically speaking.

The easiest way to "mod" a settler out, I would imagine, is to change the unit from settler to "something else" and give everyone a starting city. With that being said, it would be a small project for someone to do, I am sure.
