All Civs are equal! BUT, are some either more, or less equal?

All of the speculations that I have made in my Strategy Forum thread were based on Monarch, Emperor, and Immortal difficulty levels. Mostly because they're the only difficulties I play. I haven't really played anything less since the day after the games release.

As for Diety?... Well... I have never won a game on it. So... Yeah...
