Today while playing as America I found a really odd bug.
Two countries (Russia and the peaceful India) that were my best buddies, as they were allied with me, suddenly declared a formal war on me.
It was quite shocking as they never denounced me (how could they, being my allies?), and as far as I know you need to denounce before declaring a formal war.
Has anyone else experienced this situation?
