I'm working on a big update, with the 3 Asian civs, and many new flavour units for the Aircrafts and ships, as well as update webpage for an easy comparison of all the units and civ already included.
The navy and air force are done, I need to add the ground forces of India, Asia and China.
I hope it will be ready in a week or two.

Steph, I made a program to calculate the percentages of victory of one unit vs. another. It takes hitpoints and firepower into account. Check it out if you want. It's written in Java so you need a java compiler obviously.

Where on the page is it? And how is it different from the Combat Calculator in the utilities forum?
Click on Source code. I don't know what the combat calculator does. I suspect I just duplicated the work of the Combat Calculator. But I suspect whoever wrote that has a better algorithm than me.

how would naval air units work?
They can be loaded on carrier. Other aircrafts can't, but are usually a bit stronger.

No. But I don't have time to work to much on it, and everytime I redesign a part, Sandris release a new unit pack and I have to start again .
Also, I'm waiting a bit because I've not decided yet if I keep it as it is, and just finish the civs, or if I make more important changes, especially with the tech tree, to increase the difference between civs.

Oh, I do work on it, what I meant is I can't maintain the pace imposed by Sandris and I'm falling behind!

I think you should draw a deadline for including new units, otherwise you never have a chance to finish your mod as there always will be new units for Civ 3 (what on the other hand is of course a good thing).
