It was originally just a Leaderhead animation and Leader bubbles(you know the circle shots in the diplomacy screens), I'm sure you have civ-specific Great Leaders but I'm gonna check into it.

Animation shop is having 'issues' with the flc though, it keeps wanting to take my 121 frame avi and make a 6028 frame flc.....

Posted altered images for animation. As she gets 'less happy' she frowns and leans forward. I guess she thinks its threatening, me I just considered it nature's 'zoom' control....

To stop Animation Shop from doing that, make sure you change all the delays to 1 per frame before you save the file.

Animation Shop tends to save 1 frame for each delay. So a delay of 10 will be saved as 10 frame.
