I just started to play Civ 6 vanila last week because had a promotion and was free.
I can't understand well how Amenities works.

I'm playing as Montezuma and going to conquer the World in real location. 8 civs

If i have a extra resource, I can sell it as in Civ 5 or I need to pay attention if I'm keeping one?
Have more than one of the same resource helps?
If I'm the Susserain, I own City-States amenities? I can sell their amenities?
How much the other Civs will pay for it if they like me? how much if they don't like?

I'm not just expanding with my Eagle warrios, but also Settling as crazy. What can happen to me as negative?

I'll tackle the first three answers, as I'm less sure for the last 2 questions: I'll also follow my instinct and give you answers in both French and English... hope I'm not assuming wrongly ;-)

You need to keep one, yes. Each different luxury gives +1 amenities to 4 of your cities.
Il faut en garder au moins UN, oui. Chaque item de luxe donne +1 amenities a 4 de tes villes.

No. Only the first instance of the same luxury gives amenities. sell or trade the others if you can.
NON. Seul la premiere instance du meme item de luxe donne amenities. vends ou échange les autres si tu le peux

If I'm the Susserain, I own City-States amenities? I can sell their amenities?

Yes you own them. But no you can't sell them. Altough, you CAN sell an item that a CS is giving you if you already have it, and not bother keeping yours.
Oui elles t'appartiennent. Mais tu ne peux pas les vendre/échanger. Par contre, si tu a le même item par toi meme qu'un CS te donne, tu peux vendre le tien sans problemes.

What can happen to me as negative?

No penalties for expansion apart from boredom. You have penalties for big cities so you can say if you expand a lot and grow tall you will be unhappy, less productive. Very unlikely you will revolt for it though, you may lose loyalty

There is a world congress resolution that makes more than one help
If you have a disaster that removes a luxury improvement, having a second helps

Sell sure. If it is from a CS you cannot but you can sell the second one as long as both did not come from a CS.

civs will pay maybe 6GPT for a lux but may pay less or more. The more you trade with them the better the deal as long as you do not annoy them too much.
