I heard of a Greek engineer who'se first job assignment was photographing bikini-clad women walking in highheels.

The purpose was to measure the movement on various points on the body to estimate strains and see how highheels could be made easier on feet and legs. They had bikinis so that clothes wouldn't obstruct the view.
