Animation question: How to increase the occurence of "fidget" animation?

Hi Folks,

I have a question regarding animations.

Is there a possibility of increasing the occurence of animations?

Example:

I often wait 1-2 minutes until the unit on the map (in "idle" mode, not fortified) starts their fidget animation.

Any ideas how one can increase the occurence so that you see the animation more often?
