annoying and odd small change in 1.17f i havent seen mentioned

Does anyone know why they removed the option when your town is in civil disorder and you view the disorder report pre-1.17f
you had 3 options 'Zoom to City' 'Let them Demonstrate for all i care' And (this is what they removed which i used all the time) 'give them some entertainment' where the computer would automatically create an entertainer for if it was possible without your people starving. This option was not available if you didnt have food to spare.
I used this all the time and now i have to do it manually which is a small but annoying hassle when they had already created a perfect solution.
Anyone have any idea why?

Do you have the preference set that shows you the civil disorder pop up? This is an option that you can turn on or off.

I don't have that problem. Whenever one of my cities go into disorder, I get that pop-up; but sometimes it doesn't show the "give them some entertainment" option, because I have no food to spare.

As Willem said, you probably have the preference that shows you the civil disorer pop-up turned off. Just turn it on...
