Hello All...
Well, here is another mod under construction. I am in the stage of adding in graphics and such and getting ready to edit the Civilopedia. I am coming up short on some of the descriptions, ideas, and even one or two of the graphics. If anyone has any ideas, I would be happy to include them and reference you in the mod. Oh yes, I have taken a few ideas from some other people's mods...mainly Kal-el's big one
